Spring Shake with Kefir and Orange Juice


Yield: 1 serving

1/2 Cup (125 ml) Kefir, 2% mf

1 Cup (250 ml) Orange Juice

1 Tbsp (15 ml) Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp (15 ml) Golden Flax Flour



1) Combine all ingredients in a glass or shaker.

2) Shake to blend.

Substitutions: any other juice you like; honey or other sweetener for the maple syrup
